The 22nd annual CHaD Gala was a resounding success by all accounts! We are deeply grateful to the Quechee community for their generous support of this event, allowing QLLA Charities to once again make a substantial contribution to the CAPP Program at Dartmouth Health Children’s. While the photo above shows an amount of $135,000, the total after final accounting was $140,000!

Additional thanks go to the staff of the Quechee Club for their extraordinary support, execution and attention to every detail needed to make this event a success year after year.

And very special thanks go to Gala Chair Sharin Luti, who will be leaving the Quechee area this fall. Sharin has served for more than 20 years as Chair, kicking off the event in 2003 after having served as Chair of the CHaD Classic golf tournament for many years before that. Clearly it is no small feat to orchestrate events like these. It takes a lot of people and a lot of hours and a lot of patience. Sharin’s leadership skills and good-natured personality have resulted in a following of like-minded and hard-working volunteers who have brought the Gala and the Classic to fruition every year. Her wisdom about and dedication to the CAPP Program, to QLLA Charities, and to the greater Quechee community has been invaluable and she will be missed. We wish her the very best on her next adventure!
